RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

While customer satisfaction is our priority, all return and exchange processes are carried out according to the following conditions.

1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
• Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
• Returns of products with detached tags, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.

2. UNACCEPTABLE RETURN SITUATIONS
Return requests will be rejected in the following situations:

• Presence of odor (perfume, sweat, detergent, etc.) on the product
• Presence of stains, dirt, or deformation on the product
• Loss of form due to use in areas such as knees, elbows
• Product being washed or used
• Product losing its suitability for resale

3. RETURN CONTROL PROCESS
• All returned products are thoroughly inspected by our company.
• Return packages are opened under camera surveillance, and the product condition is recorded.
• As a result of the inspection, returns of products that do not comply with the return conditions will be rejected.

4. REJECTED RETURNS
• Products that do not comply with the return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
• In this case, no refund will be made.

5. LEGAL BASIS
• Return processes are carried out in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement and relevant consumer legislation.

 Exchange Request

Has your order arrived but you prefer a different product in terms of size or color?
No problem! Exchange processes are very easy at Aselim Hijap Moda.

How It's Done?
1. Fill out the form below before sending us the product you want to exchange.
2. Once your request is approved, we immediately set aside the most suitable size or color for you.
3. Once your product reaches us, your new product will be prioritized for shipping.

Shipping Fee Information:
• For exchange shipments, the shipping fee is covered by our company in one direction only.
• The initial shipment to you is free; the customer is responsible for sending the exchange product back to us.
• Collect-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

RETURN REQUEST

Return and Exchange Conditions

You can request a return or exchange for products you purchased within 7 days from the delivery date.
For return and exchange processes, the product must have its tag attached, be unused, and in resalable condition.

We are happy to send your order, but if you wish to make a return or exchange, we have a few small details:

Free shipping campaigns are only valid during the initial shipment of the product to you.
• Return or exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer according to legal regulations.
• Even if you purchased the product with a "free shipping" campaign, shipping costs for return or exchange shipments are borne by the customer.
• If sent without payment, shipping costs will be deducted, and your refund will be made to your card or account.

Once your return is approved, your refund process will be initiated quickly. Your refund will be deposited within 14 days.
